Chempedia Launch Day Wrapup
The first day of operation for Chempedia was by any standard a success. I'd like to thank all of those who took the time to set up an account and try the service out, and especially to those who emailed me with their observations.

In addition, a number of minor bugs have been fixed. There were also a number of questions about the site, which I answered individually via email. I'll be compiling and posting a FAQ to the site based on these questions shortly.
If there's something about Chempedia that doesn't work for you, or you if you just want to let me know that things do work, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
With your help, we can make Chempedia a most excellent source for top-quality chemical information!

Will we be able to download the molfiles as well in the future?
BTW, I don't seem to be able to delete this name (it accidentally lacks the comma between the 2 and 4):
http://chempedia.com/names/2-4-dichlorophenoxyacetic-acid
@Johan, regarding getting molfiles, yes - that's coming soon. Molfiles are being stored and can be exposed using proper MIME types so that external applications will load it.
Re deleting a naming. That can be done, but only after it gets downvoted at least once and only by the original owner (which I did, and it looks like you successfully deleted it, no?). After actually seeing the situation you're describing, though, it might be better to give the submitter of the naming full power to delete the naming at any time so that it can be corrected immediately.
